Mindy Chudoba focuses on medical malpractice defense, but also draws on a broad base of litigation experience derived from work in commercial and business litigation, construction law, and insurance coverage. Her clients have included small to mid-size business owners, commercial real estate developers and brokers, estate brokers, contractors, sub- contractors, and engineers in mechanics lien actions, breach of contract and warranty actions, construction defect and premises liability claims, consumer fraud actions, employment disputes, and contribution actions. In addition, she has experience in a variety of insurance coverage matters, and has represented insurance companies in coverage disputes under commercial general liability policies, subrogation actions, and extra-contractual and bad faith litigation.

Education

Mindy earned a JD from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2007. She obtained her B.A. in Art from Northern Illinois University in 2004.
